Accepting government’s commission to undertake legal actions related to international trade; providing legal counsel services to governments; participating in the drafting and enactment of administrative regulations or rules; and representing government in administrative review, administrative litigation and other activities;

Representing domestic enterprises to response to antidumping, countervailing duty and other trade protection measures raised by EU, U.S. and other countries or regions;

Representing domestic enterprises to raise antidumping, countervailing duty, and safeguard investigation and proceedings;

Representing foreign enterprises to response to China’s antidumping and countervailing duty investigation, and other trade protection measures;

Providing data and reports related to Industry Damage Pre-Warning System and issuing relevant legal opinions;

Acting as retained legal consultant for Industry Damage Pre-Warning System;

Providing clients with information of WTO legal system, and the trade laws of EU, U.S. and other countries;

Drafting, reviewing and making instruments related to international cargo trade, technology trade and the like, and providing legal services throughout litigation and arbitration activities.
